Lisa is the class clown of Oak Lane, she has a way of bringing laughter and joy to her team on a daily basis. Her love for her seniors is proceeded by only one thing and that is her love for her daughter. She was definitely born for this industry. Lisa started her career in 1997 as a CNA working in skilled nursing.  Her compassionate heart has taken her on a journey including Hospice, Wound Care and Med Tech. She came to Oak Lane in August of 2016 as a Med Tech and quickly moved up to Resident Care Manager. She is the right hand to our nurse and assures that Oak Lane’s residents receive the highest level of care possible and that care is given with love and compassion.

In her spare time Lisa enjoys playing with her fur baby, Millie, a Lhasa Apso. Relaxing by a warm fire with a good book is her favorite way to spend quiet time and unwind.

Skyler Rasmussen started at Oak Lane in November 2022 as a receptionist.  She is now our activities director.  Outside of work, Skyler enjoys taking long walks with her son and baking. If you ever have ideas for activities or input don’t hesitate to give her a call.

Rachel is passionate about being a valuable resource to seniors, their families, and our community.  She is committed to her residents and understands the importance of making them feel at home.  Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her grandson.  She is a self-taught quilter and enjoys shopping for fabric and sewing.  Stop in and say hi, her door is always open.

Bo has been in the caregiving industry for over 25 years.  Her love for taking care of seniors started when she was very young.  Her beautiful mother worked in a nursing home here, in Grants Pass, while raising 6 children.  She brought her kids to volunteer and they would visit, do crafts, and just hang out with all their adopted grandma and grandpas.  Bo knew right then she wanted to be the best caregiver, just like her mother.  Now she has 2 wonderful children and 2 beautiful grandchildren of her own.  She recently got married to a loving cowboy who also grew up in Grants Pass.  On weekends loves getting her hands dirty with yard work or helping her husband work on Jeeps.  She feels blessed to be part of this wonderful community. 

G-MO can be found helping Oak Lane residents with various repairs and community upkeep projects.  No job is too big or too small.  From painting to landscaping he’s always giving his best to residents and their homes.  When not working, he enjoys hiking, biking, and skateboarding.
